Fix primary initial PC. For a larger image, the hack to find the start address of the primary doesn't work. There is a proper way to find that address so use that instead. Change-Id: I40170e670acac12a7d6c6977adb9542562488ae9
Hafnium is a hypervisor, initially supporting aarch64 (64-bit ARMv8 CPUs).
