Apply clang-format and add checkpatch. The .clang-format from the kernel was used however this can conflict with checkpatch so it isn't integrated fully. Checkpatch is used with all checks enabled. Change-Id: If2ad1d3e3835c0600a5c98eea3023f3491db2c37
